Swift casino! Refusing to pay out!

Hi. I recently won just over £1200 on Swift casino. My account has been verified using my driving licence.

my withdrawal has been pending for 4 days now! No response from online chat, no response to emails, the team at Swift casino simply ignore you in hopes you go away!

I also had another run in with Swift casino a few months back. I won £5000 on a bonus. I was getting absolutely nowhere and staff were also again ignoring all messages and emails. I decided to take the loss and got rid of the £5000 and only THEN once I had freed them from paying me my winnings, I was given a very sorry apology.

what can I do in this most recent incident? I’m getting literally nowhere. I’m about to move into a new home and could really do with my winnings.

This is so unfair. Casinos like coral and 777 pay the same if not the latest the next day. Why are Swift casino is intent on ignoring its winning customers?!

I can only speculate on what caused the delay before and what seems to be the issue now, but it would probably be far from true.

Let's just say that you already have such kind of experience and the withdrawal will probably get delayed again.

Allow me to say that if you win big, you may face some additional checks, and it usually delays the payment.
