Sweeptastic scammed my account & winnings

Sweeptastic was offering me to sign up weeks ago and I did but never played any games until yesterday morning 07/19/2024 I decided to try it out. Now I went and submitted my license and photo of myself where I was then approved for my account and then I received $4 free play and bought 2 separate offering packages that doubles in sweep coins for new users $10 for $20 SC and $5 for $10 SC. I played for a hour winning $109 but wanted to redeem $100 their minimum took 3 days to deposit. Now my account doesn't exist and I've lost all of my winnings plus my $15 total that I spent and it's not allowing me to click on the help option and now telling me to Sign up today for a special offer. Like I have screenshots in my email showing my account and ID was approved and I just wanted everyone to he aware of this scam and I just want my $15 back at this point but my $109 in winnings would really be nice too.

I am really sorry for this experience. Unfortunately, this is the reason why we do not include this kind of social casinos in our database. Because we cannot be sure how safe they are, and how they treat their players.

Sweeptastic has the worst customer service based on any online casino I have ever played. They are scam artist and everyone should stay far away. Try a different site if I was you. I have had the most money taken from me through that site and 0 vip treatment. Steer clear
