Subject: Warning: Delayed Withdrawals and Unfair Practices at Vulkan Vegas

I want to bring attention to the concerning experience I've had with Vulkan Vegas, a gambling site where I have been a long-time user. Recently, I won $15,000 CAD and encountered significant difficulties trying to withdraw my winnings.

Despite having a fully verified account and a history of regular withdrawals of smaller amounts, Vulkan Vegas only paid out $5,500 CAD initially that has still not hit my account! but they promise it will within 5 days. They then unexpectedly cancelled my next two withdrawal requests, citing the need for additional proof that I could afford to gamble.

I promptly provided all requested documentation, including bank statements, yet Vulkan Vegas informed me that it would take an additional 7 days to process my Documents let alone now I have to restart the withdrawa after they dicide I can Afoord to gamble" l—contrary to the swift deposit processes they advertise.

This delay tactic seems designed to pressure customers into gambling away their balances before receiving their rightful winnings. Such treatment is unjust and unacceptable from a gambling provider that should prioritize fair and prompt payment practices.

I want to caution anyone considering using Vulkan Vegas about these issues. While they are quick to take deposits, they delay withdrawals unfairly, creating unnecessary frustration and inconvenience for their customers.

Thank you very much for your efforts to share these experiences at once, leaving others a choice to decide their opinions.

I imagine the whole situation must have felt as awful as described. On the other hand, I can't say I have never heard of same approach from a different casinos. The point is that the casino simply must adhere to every AML conditions before paying out the player. So yes, if there is no need for further verification, I believe withdrawals are quite swift, but when the need arises, the casino must act accordingly.

I'm not sure who can say whether 7 days is far too much for evaluating documents. To me, it seems it should work faster, though I'm not familiar with how it specifically works in this particular casino.

I also think comparing withdrawals to deposits is quite unfortunate because deposits don't have to be verified, and in some cases, players even play with borrowed money for some time. Some payment methods are still not instant, and the casino prefers players to be happy and ready to play immediately.

In any case, would you say the support was supportive in your time of need? Frankly, sometimes casino staff forget that players are humans with feelings; in my opinion, most frustrations arise from this wrong approach.

Thank you for your response. I appreciate your perspective and the opportunity to clarify some points based on my experience.

Firstly, while I understand that casinos must adhere to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, the inconsistency in the process is troubling. Vulkan Vegas advertises swift deposit processes, which are indeed instantaneous, yet when it comes to withdrawals, particularly larger amounts, the delays and additional verification seem to be excessive and unjustified.

To address your specific points:

1. Verification Time: While AML regulations are crucial, the 7-day processing time for my provided documentation is excessive, especially given my account's fully verified status and a history of regular withdrawals. This delay feels more like a tactic to deter withdrawals rather than a necessary step for compliance.

2. Comparison of Deposits and Withdrawals: The comparison is quite relevant. Deposits are accepted instantly without the same level of scrutiny, suggesting that the casino prioritizes incoming funds over customer satisfaction and fair treatment. If verification were genuinely the issue, it should apply consistently to both deposits and withdrawals.

3. Customer Support: My experience with customer support has been disappointing. They lacked clear guidance on the next steps, which added to the frustration and uncertainty. A supportive and transparent customer service approach is essential, especially when dealing with significant sums of money.

4. Reasoning for Verification: The justification for verifying if I can afford to gamble is flawed when considering these are winnings, not deposits. If affordability checks are necessary, they should be conducted at the point of deposit, not withdrawal.

As of now, I still have not received the $5,500 that was supposedly transferred, which further underscores the lack of reliability and transparency in their processes. This situation has been stressful and unfair, and I urge others to be cautious when considering using Vulkan Vegas.

I'll let you know if and when the 5500 they paid out right before they felt it necessary to cancel the rest of the withdrawals ever comes through.

Thank you for sharing your insides and expressing your opinion, we really appreciate it.

I can see that you have filed a complaint here with our team, where Nick needs to wait for the 14-day time frame before they can intervene. I can understand that your account is fully verified already, but it is not possible for us to investigate before this time passes, as Nick has explained to you.

Hopefully, you will be able to receive your money soon, and we'll wait for any updates from you.

Did the casino give you any explanation for this delay, perhaps? Do they need to do some additional verification in your case?

They really did not, the agent said it was because of an affordability check....

something that should be done at deposit if they were concerned about that..... so I call bull...

the 5500 did hit my account this morning.

the rest of the payment has not even been sent to be processed.....

its 2 weeks since I started the withdrawal that they canceled and required more info.

dont you find it strange that they did not cancel the 5500,but did the rest , and then suddenly decided to ask for documents as the reason to cancel?

anyhow, they did accept my document as further proof that I could afford to gamble and I restarted the withdrawal they canceled, obviously that then reset the already unacceptable long time they take to pay out.

Not many casinos do the verification check when a player deposits in the casino. It is actually because it would be some kind of waste of time for them. If you imagine how many players would come to a casino, deposit some minimal amount just to try the casino, and never come back again to play, you will probably understand the reason for not doing it at the beginning.

So hopefully soon you will receive the rest of the withdrawal as well, when the additional verification is done.

Please keep informing us regarding all this; we would like to hear any news from you.

I don't think you're understanding......

I was already verified, I've been playing this casino for years.

I do understand that, of course. It is just that in some cases, a casino would ask the players for some additional information, and that is what I meant.🙂

Let's wait for the news, which hopefully will be some positive ones.🤞
