RTG Software Limitations

I'm not going to mention which casino as I've experienced issues with Real Time Gaming code many a time. Trying to contact someone to let them know about an issue is always met by casinos as (we don't believe you) or (that's impossible) OR clear your cache and browser. Blah blah. Contacting RTG directly , well they don't respond at all.

And let's face it, the way vendors have server setups these days, no wonder latency is such an issue. Don't trust the balance showing at RTG casinos. And don't start playing when using a coupon until balance updates.

Here's a couple of code errors I've experienced past 12 months.

Balance update delay of upto 15 min resulting in me thinking I had $7500 left when in fact was only $1800. Yes I bet big.

*Hitting free game feature and game won't load resulting in casino resetting game, losing triggered feature.

*Monster game win boot loop. Game keeps looping over a 5 spin feature and if feature was decent win would continue over and over again. (Player advantage)

*Plentifull treasure Max win $5000 at top bet, yet increases to $6500 at second max bet. Non feature

*Max bet $10 yet the buy feature tab still active and depending where you play is considered a breach of Max bet.

All I can say is casinos will never admit they have errors, and this provider RTG .couldn't care less .

The list goes on, so when you think its a casino, chances are the software vendor has some explaining to do.

May I ask if you have tried to contact our complaint team regarding this issue at the casino you experienced it?

I am quite not sure if we would be able to help somehow, but our specialists will reply to you for sure whenever you file a complaint.

As these errors have been duplicated across several casinos im reluctant to name just one as its obvious these are software issues , singling out just one would be unfair. However, when confronted with err9r claims, all casinos accept no responsibility.

Hey, the RTG casinos are well known for their quite low user friendliness. Sounds kind of like it to me.

So, I guess it is time to switch casinos. Would love to know whether you will face something similar outside RTG.

The worst pain I recall, though, is the everlasting free codes thrown at the players only to realize only one active coupon at a time is allowed.
