Hi, I read negative reviews for payments never received....I won a sum of money....will it ever be paid?

Good morning. May I first ask you at which casino you experienced this delay, and when exactly did you request your withdrawal?

I haven't encountered any delays yet, I just read some reviews about it.....the site is kingmaker2.....at the moment they approved the first withdrawals requested xo they asked me to verify the account k it wasn't expected before ...let's see what happens

Usually we give casinos 14 full days before we intervene, but that doesn't neccessarily mean that it always should take that long, of course.

I saw that the first withdrawals were already credited, I don't understand why they have now asked for account verification

It may be because the first withdrawal was only a small amount, in my opinion. 🤷‍♀️

I sent everything... anyway I don't think so because the sum is €1500

It's already on the account....but now how long will it take for the other 1500 visa kc is the account verification? Are the times getting longer?

I would say it depends on each case. Did they receive the documents yet, or don't you have this kind of information from the casino?
