Hello, I opened an account with Quinnbet. Deposited some funds using wives card as waiting on new one being delivered. Had a win totalling 4262 withdrew this then later on in the evening deposited some more and won 4500 withdrew that also.
I was then asked for ID, picture of card used and to confirm if I was happy with my level of gambling. All sent in with explanation of card.
Very shortly after account suspended and subsequently closed. Deposits of £1400 refunded and tge remaining balance 7362 was in balance before account was closed.
They have not offered any Information regarding closed account or remaining balance.
My understanding is if I has lost my deposits using wife's card I wouldn't of been refunded now I have won I am not getting any winnings.
At no point was car in use questioned when depositing or even after first withdrawl and yet I was able to continue using it.
I don't actually care that they have closed the account but I do want the winnings as I said I if I had lost I wouldn't of received deposits back and plenty even after 1st withdrawal sent in nothing was picked up. Can I please have your thoughts?
