So basically on the bank if you click on the transactions it gives a "website" on some and I use contact details to contact each company

Started off with Goldenbet and then Santeda got involved. I ended up getting refunded directly from Santeda. It took a while and they tried to accuse me of fraud etc but I kept emailing them and eventually got the deposits back. Although they will threaten legal action etc they would then have to admit to what they are doing which we all know is illegal.

My advice is even when they categorically say no keep sending the emails they are hoping you will just give up but will relent in the end.
