Yes I know this. Basically, I emailed them asking for a refund, and explained to them that I am on Gamstop. Also told them I have gambling blocks on my card, so the transactions should never have gone through. I really just wanted to see what excuse they would give regarding the fake merchants showing on my statement so I could use this as evidence for my bank.
I never heard anything back from them whatsoever, and now I hear from them after some of my disputed payments have been refunded from the bank? Just seems weird that they now being cooperative all of a sudden..
I don't know any other reason why they would ask for this information other than to look at refunding me some of my money? The subject title of their email literally says 'Refund Request' and that was not the subject I wrote in my initial email.
Hun, I think we all appreciate your idea but ,realistically many of us just don't have the spare funds to contribute to these law firm fees .
Also it might be a case of jurisdiction as well belive me I have looked into this . It may be the case you have to go after the actual company registered buissness as a whole say like Santeda for instance. As many of us are in so many different geo locations it will be extremely difficult to pursue unless a very good law firm takes it on and they cost .Are people prepared to take the chance risking more money on something that there is no guarantee winning in a court of law not in their country of residence as all our laws are so different. I would love to see these companies pay the price and be brought to justice like many of us but it's a high risk .The only other option I thought is to maybe start a petition and get enough people to sign once there is enough present it to the Curacao gambling licence demanding they either revoke licences, suspend ,or review .If not expose Curacao gaming license for corruption from the top for allowing this to happen by going to news papers everywhere in all countries with the petition. 🙂
The only person who would take on a class lawsuit against a Curacao based casino is a guy called Roelof Bijkerk who works for LMS Lawyers. Literally the best guy in the field and a regular commentator on "illegal gambling". The fact he is in Curacao means the geolocation of everyone isn't a problem.
I would be interested in getting involved if there are enough of us.
My bank refuse to raise my bank transfers as a scam because they are gambling related despite explaining the casino wouldn’t let me withdraw my funds and closed my account. Even my complaint was rejected. What do I do?
Company is Falcora finance and TransferOp Payment
I’ve just enquired to a company called player protection legal who are also supposed to specialize in the same stuff as him
I am very pleased to see that there are enough of us who are willing to recover our losses legally.
Let's start with the basics.

Hi Nathan
I have some useful links and info that I am happy to share that may help. Don’t want to put on public forum for obvious reasons. 👀
I have managed to get some merchants to refund and 1 casino so far.
Also anyone with transferop/payop I have collated lots of useful and damming information about them which should help get payments refunded. I have only recently sent to bank though so cannot say it is a certainty.
I read one comment on her when the merchants disputed the chargeback on day 45 I hope this won’t happen like
