Question about Gambling websites with Curaçao license using incorrect Merchant Category code (page 274)

Does anyone know the email for pulsion processing ltd Cyprus

I have currently 3 charge backs in place for ‘kucoin’ sent them a email directly and they said they couldnt find any details matching etc… anyway we are now about 2 weeks into the charge back timeframe and i just received this text.. what do we think about this? I dont have any account with them, its just what showed up on my statement!

Does anyone know anything about this, has anyone managed to get it back? I would really appreciate your help. Refund through the bank is not possible because the bank rejected it citing that they do not process gambling claims.
