das weiß ich halt nicht mehr da ich den email Account nicht mehr habe und dort auch nicht mehr rein komme schick einfach eine Mail raus mit der oben genannten Adresse mit allen Endungen die es gibt eine wird richtig sein.
Was denied within 1 minute for chargeback by Revolut.
This time it was "Cake Tools Depot, Ibadan"
The response was as usual "We have reviewed your case and unfortunately this transaction is not eligible for a refund"
They have 100% not even reviewed it, there is no chance that they read my text and evidence I sent in in 1 minute.
Either they have flagged my Revolut account or something that means that whatever I choose for repayment is denied even though I have all the right on my side.
Absolutely sick, they are the absolute worst.

Svaret blev som vanligt "Vi har granskat ditt ärende och tyvärr är inte denna transaktion kvalificerad för återbetalning"
Dom har till 100% inte ens granskat det, finns inte en chans att dom läst min text och bevis jag skickade in på 1 minut.
Antingen har dom flaggat mitt Revolutkonto eller något som gör att vad jag än väljer för återbetalning blir nekat fast att jag har all rätt på min sida.
Helt sjukt, totalt sämst är dom.

I sent loads of emails two days ago no replies yet so have started investigating the transactions myself for now bud.
Nice to hear that you are not alone, the strange thing is that it has worked fine to make chargebacks at these scam shops in the past through Revolut, but all of a sudden everything is denied automatically, they don't even seem to review the cases anymore.
Revolut has apparently responded to the ARN, it says it is under review and that I can read it when it is finished reviewing.
So sharing what Revolut answers to all this as soon as I know
Skönt att höra att man inte är ensam, det konstiga är att det har funkat fint att göra chargeback på dessa bluff butiker förr genom Revolut, men helt plötsligt blir allt nekat automatiskt, dom verkar inte ens granska fallen mer.
Revolut har tydligen svarat ARN, det står att det håller på granskat och att jag kan läsa det när det granskats klart.
