That might not work, I don't know what your bank's policy is. From experience, I can tell you that banks reject chargebacks that are related to gambling. Regardless of whether the MCC has been changed or not.

I have proof of sending an email to bitsent 5 weeks before transactions went through to fomiline, goriwire, bitsent etc asking them to block my card from any future transactions with all of them and their companies. This is in their t&Cs as well. Surely this is eligible for a refund.
