casinos  hire third party payment processors who miscode payments to and from the operator, representing to the bank or card provider that the payment is for something other than gambling. This is effectively money laundering in my opinion have no legal training, or background.

Bookspersue

Fomiline UAB

Smpf*gamingstar

Smpf* toolshaven

NIKOTPF*ELEGRO.EU

EDUNTAGE

PIXELEUM.IO

WINTERMDSE

NIKOTPF*NOHTOS

BITSENT EU AB

GORIWIRE SP.Z.O.O

can anyone help in terms of if they have dealt with these companies how I get in touch with them as emails bounce back and some not replying

casino doesn’t want to know and bank doesn’t want to know the bank want me to prove that payment is not going to the casino, I know I made payments and should known better but feel it’s little sketchy

Goriwire, Fomiline and Bitsent all the same company. You will get nothing.

Both nikos will be elegro

Pixeleum will not acknowledge it they will say you have purchased art and that your purchase is on the blockchain

Smpf will be something to do with platinum noone knows who that is still. Its a mystery - no doubt it says platinum London on your statements

Wintermdse is wintermads

I am going to call them on Monday, they reached out to me after an email but I couldn't take the call because I was working.

I'd say only elegro you may get money back from, none of the others will refund

Any one who has Smpay Smpf* etc..

I think I may be on to something and I think it could be down to Magua pay! If you look at smart payments and also SMTM it's all just a bit of a coincidence and if you go on theplatinum.co they are also magua.. 🤨🤨🤨file

You won’t get a reply from magua pay. Owned by SMTM group. I contacted the lawyer Steven Moir in Canada who is listed on magua pay website on the address. He claims no knowledge. I then reported them to the Canada FCA equivalent who said they can’t help. I also contacted the Cyprus authorities who told me to contact my bank. One of the owners of Magua has living in the UK so I contacted him on linked in and he declined to have a conversation with me

That's madness. If we can prove it's them then the bank will have to refund because I haven't bought skins etc.. communication is all you need. I am going to ask the bank on Monday who each transaction is and who processed it! There is about 85% chance that SMTM is PaySmpf etc

You would imagine that’s the case, but it hasn’t been for a lot of people. As Katze says, the transaction is verified by 3DS which makes the bank liable for the chargeback. Since they’re liable, they will want receipts/invoices/order confirmation to even start the process.

Its been my experience so far, but your bank might be more lenient.

The bank doesn't have to do anything, you are the one who confirmed the transaction in the app. The bank only carries out your payment order. The bank is not obliged to resolve "private disputes" with the merchant. An authorized transaction is therefore not so easy to get back, I wrote about this in this article. The bank's liability plays a major role here: without 3DS, the merchant is liable, with 3DS the bank is liable.

If you're lucky, the bank will help you, if not, you're just as smart as before. If you're unlucky, the merchants have marked the transactions in such a way that the payment is irrevocable, e.g. as crypto purchases, etc.
