Progressplay owe £25800 Betsteve + Betdukes + 2kbets

I placed some bets at dog odds not expecting them to come in. I had been using Betsteve, Betdukes and 2kbets since late May, early June. The one account at each site, no bonuses. I withdrew £25800 total on 7th July when I was all finished. I was already verified, but sent another set of documents anyway cause I know how this goes. Then I waited 2 weeks.

It’s now 27th July.

Had no emails since the withdrawal, which is still listed as pending. Now I’m emailing no one will answer. And live chat says to wait for an email.

Yeah, I know I made a mistake using them but too late now. And they’re licensed by the UKGC so I’m sure it’ll sort itself out but thought I’d make myself busy.

Outside of that, there’s some dodgy shit with Progressplay Limited. Two names, Sophie Roberts the support manager and Stuart James in the security and verification department appear on sign up emails but they appear nowhere on the internet, except in other complaints. Going back 2016. Are these people real? Maybe, maybe not. Found a phone number with a London area code that goes to a recorded message. And their headquarters is either in Cyprus or Malta, maybe both, maybe neither.

This is a really crappy mystery to be fair, but don’t need a deerstalker to know  something’s amiss.

I see 2kbet and Betsteve are already on here, that’s good, no other complaint site does. One dispute against Betsteve that went without response, sounds about right. This company is a shocker.

We've got Betdukes reviewed as well https://casino.guru/betdukes-casino-review#tab=js-tab-reputation

Anyway, since they're licensed in the UK, you have a pretty good chance to get your winnings from them. I'm just wondering, have you played their casino games or sports betting?

Ah yeah. Well good job anyway, this site more on top of things than most.

Just the sports. No bonuses taken either.

Money’s in the bank 3 weeks after the withdrawal. I don’t take anything back. It cost £12 to withdraw which they didn’t even refund as a good will. Things only got moving after I contacted the UKGC and an adjudicator. Zero emails still. I got a phone call yesterday where they basically admitted they were using a source of funds check to withhold things. This is a Mickey Mouse group of sportsbooks and casinos, and if maybe my feelings are unclear, avoid Progressplay like the plague.

If you do have a problem with them, I’d ring the UKGC and then report to the IBAS, and wait.

I'm glad you managed to get the money, but I'm quite surprised that a company licensed in the UK treats their customer this way 😕

I’m embarrassed I used them, I should know better. And they should be embarrassed for the carry on. Trustpilot had someone else exact same month saying exact same thing, with same 3 week delay.

Some players aren't that lucky and don't see their winnings at all. This is actually a good ending of the story and definitely a valuable experience for you. As far as it didn't cost you any money, it's good 🙂
