After going through the expected delay in documentation review I was eligible to withdraw winnings. After a few back and forth emails my withdrawal was declined due to an IP issue. The casino claims my IP was pinging from 4 different states and none of them my residence state. I don’t have any VPN masking software. The casino "graciously " returned the money to my account where I presumably can’t cash out in the future either.


Not sure there is much I can do at this point besides make others aware and suggest your play a different casino.

Hello, since this casino operates under no license at all it may be useless to ask you but I wonder: Have they provided you with any sort of proof?

It doesn't matter what IP address you have if you were able to verify your account with the proof of address. I'm not surprised you already filed a complaint here.
