Yesterday I filed a complaint against the online casino Platincasino.
My complaint is about the fact that I made a deposit at Platincasino, but it was not credited by Platincasino.
The deposit amount of €100 was debited from my bank account and accepted by the payment provider, but (as mentioned) was not credited to Platincasino.
Nothing happened for hours and my deposits at Platincasino were "pending".
This morning I checked the Platincasino again and now my deposits suddenly show "Rejected"!
However, my €100 were not credited back to my bank account.

Ich habe gestern eine Beschwerde eingereicht gegen das Online Casino Platincasino.
In meiner Beschwerde geht es darum, dass ich eine Einzahlung bei Platincasino getätigt habe, die aber nicht von Platincasino gutgeschrieben wurde.
Der Einzahlungsbetrag von 100€ wurde von meinem Bankkonto abgebucht und vom Zahlungsanbieter akzeptiert, aber (wie erwähnt) nicht bei Platincasino gutgeschrieben.
Stundenlang passierte gar nichts und bei Platincasino stand meine Einzahlungen auf "Ausstehend".
Heute morgen habe ich nochmal im Platincasino nachgesehen und jetzt steht meine Einzahlungen plötzlich auf "Abgelehnt" !
Meine 100 € wurden aber nicht wieder auf meinem Bankkonto gutgeschrieben.
Hat hier jemand Erfahrung mit dieser Situation ?
