Parimatch Not Paying my winning as per there terms and conditions

please do something if i can be helped or get my winnings back from parimatch

I had placed a bet on parimatch IPL "top Batsmen".

Apparently 2 batsmen had made the same amount of runs so i went on to check their terms and conditions regarding this bet on their website. According to their terms if 2 batsmen make same runs, the bet is declared as winner by dead heat rules and i get half my winnings.

Parimatch decided to give me my stake back without giving my winnings and when i contacted their support they ignored me several times and when i contacted them on their email, they claim their system had a technical error.

i mean this seems soooo sketchy and suspicious. how can a big betting website have a technical error. Furthermore none of their terms and support talk about having technical error in their guided betting handbook.

i also have a copy of their emails where they talk about their system having a problem and also having technical errors during that time...

i mean if they had a problem like this then why did i lose another bet that i had placed during that time on same match
