Unfortunately I haven't received an email to verify it yet. I've already informed twice in the chat and once by mail.

Unfortunately nothing has happened.

Does it just take time? Should I wait?

Personally, I'd say you should ask the casino a few times per day - be persistent but polite. Make a screenshot of any valuable information you receive.

Thanks for the answer. Yes, I checked all folders. I have no problem waiting. I just thought that the mail would come automatically. I'll stay tuned and ask. In total I won €7500. I was even at €10,000 but then played something again.
