N1 Casino - violation of the terms and conditions

Hi Guys,

The general terms and conditions of N1 state the following:

"Casino N1 does not accept third party payments. You can only make deposits from a bank account, VISA / MasterCard bank cards, Skrill / NETELLER payment systems or other payment methods registered in your own name. If we find at security that you have violated this condition, your winnings will be confiscated and the original deposit returned to the payment account owner. The company is not responsible for lost funds from third party accounts. "

I deposited money from a third party account and N1 refuses to pay out my winnings.

I accept because I have violated the terms and conditions. The casino reacts very uncooperatively to the request that the deposit from the third party account should be transferred back to the recipient. The casino says the owner of the third party account should notify their bank and use this to cancel payment. As far as I know, this is not possible because the transfers were made 2 months ago.

Maybe someone of you has had similar experiences and can help me.

I think it's a shame that the terms and conditions always only work in one direction. Winnings will not be paid out and refused but incorrectly deposited money will not be reimbursed although it is stated in the terms and conditions.

I'm afraid that what you described is exactly what most of casinos do in this case. By the way, this rule about 3rd party payment methods is applied in every solid online casino in the world.

Their terms and conditions sound a bit strange to be honest "the original deposit returned to the payment account owner. The company is not responsible for lost funds from third party accounts."

I would say it means: If you deposit with a 3rd party payment method, we'll return the money, but if you lose it, then it's not our responsibility. Considering the terms and conditions described above, I would say that if your winnings are bigger that all the deposits that you made with the 3rd party payment method, they should refund the deposits and keep the rest of the winnings. That would be fair.
