When asked why they don't accept it, they always give standard answers they've saved. They don't explain specifically why the electricity bill is accepted as proof of address, even though they themselves state that an electricity bill is accepted.
It's quite obvious they're just stalling. I've deposited a considerable amount of money, and now they're refusing to pay out. I submitted the withdrawal request over a week ago, and they're still stalling.
