Hello everyone,


i have the same problem with mr.bet. They keep rejecting my documents for different absurd reasons (bad quality,etc).


i made a withdraw on 31 dec of aprox 800€. Ive withdrawn before with no problem. Since then they keep rejecting my documents.

the problem is that they require a photo of my credit card phisically. Only that i used an virtual revolut card for which ive sent them a pdf statement where its clear that ive used that card and also my address is there.


what should i do ? Where can i file a complaint ?

Im keep exchanging with them replies via email. Im uploading different pictures of my card id and of each one they say that the quality is bad, even tho its crystal clear, photo taken with iphone 13.

Please try to upload only PDF files if possible.
