My account number is 577867227


I registered the account in mbet. I made deposit lot of amount now i have 700000BDT in my account. was deposited from melbet cash agent. I try to withdraw my funds but i can't security department rejected my withdrawal request. They said that contact with security department via email i was provided all valid documents 100% but my account was blocked without explanation, the account is still blocked, I fulfil all the requirements of the security service of melbet, for all the proceedings in my account, I was provided with the following documents:


1.Photo of the National I'd card both side.

2. Deposit slip.

3.A photo of me on the background of melbet securities email on mobile phone with where I hold a national I'd card.


Documents all everything fine but they play with me verification verification.



After that they said that send all documents via notarized. It's totally harassment. I was provided all documents on mail why again send notarized on Germany. 


I'm from Bangladesh here gambling illegal. Documents notarized Germany it's very tough matter. 


Why harassment me like that? Its my account my own money why harassment 


Please Let me know what melbet want to do with me.? Will you active my account or just play with me.? Melbet play verification game with me.


Just stop playing with your customers.
