Mega dice ( uk user issue )

I signed up for mega dice on telegram and entered my UK number to start off with. I made about 6 deposits and no problems via USDT. I came to withdrawal my winnings it said UK is a restricted country .

what do I do to get my winnings.

I have all the proof of deposits .

Hi, I see you've got yourself into an uncomfortable situation. I also see on our website that the casino does not accept players from the UK, did you notice this when you registered ? Have you tried checking the Terms and Conditions before ? Most of the time these things are written there and sometimes it is good to read the information before you start playing in the casino.

However, here's how we look at the situation: It is not acceptable to let players gamble if a casino knows that they are from a restricted country and if the casino plans to refer to the rule about restricted countries whenever a player requests their first withdrawal. This is completely against the rules of fair play, as the casino is knowingly letting a player wager money without a chance to actually win something in return.

Hi , the matter was handled quite smoothly by Megadice team and they refunded my money back 4 hours after the complaint.

I had to send my KYC information and it was done.

However, it would certainly be a good idea to check such information when choosing your next casino, and therefore if your country is not restricted.
