Maxcazino won't let me verify my identity

I just entered this casino and everything was a show, now they ask me to withdraw a screenshot of the deposit I made of 100 MXN and that my name appears on it, which I cannot access in my online bancomer account, they also ask me for a photo of my debit card the first 6 digits and the last 4 and my name, but my card has no name, so I tried with the account statement but it only comes with the RFC, the CLABE and the account number, not the card in yes, I am BBVA MEXICO. Some help? I'm desperate because it's money that I borrowed

I'm afraid that you'll have to visit your bank personally and ask them for a bank statement showing the deposit into the casino + they should be able to provide you with a signed statement confirming the card's ownership.
