I was fully verified on lucky kong and after one withdrawal they began requetsing multiple extra selfies in many different lights with HAND WRITTEN NOTES!

I remember some russian caisnos doing this and it turned out they were stealing IDs...

I will leave others to make up their mind with Lucky Kong

Hello and thank you for posting this

As stated in our terms and conditions we may sometimes request a selfie with ID and sign, which is exactly what we did in this case. Upon receiving the requested selfie your withdrawal was immediately processed, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

That is what the russian caisnos used to claim. Then they stole IDs.

You requested multiple selfies on extra pictures of my passport and me holding notes, things you could edit and attempt to use to either sell or take credit etc out in my name.

I think everyone who sees this and remembers past data breaches by casinos will know exactly what you're up to.

We are not a russian casino, we used the selfie you have provided only to verify your account, now your account is closed, your data is deleted and your whole withdrawal paid without a delay, right?

You were asked for a single photo of your ID because the one provided was dark and a SINGLE selfie with ID and code, thank you for understanding that from time to time certain additional verification is necessary

You are aware this is untrue. I warn any players to stay away from this casino.

My passport picture was clear and they requested extra passport pictures and three selfies with hand written notes.

This is not the behaviour of a legit casino.

The withdrawal was only paid out due to the fact I made clear I would escalate.

Dear Tiana, we have not requested 3 selfies - please check the emails again. We requested one ID photo and one selfie for additional verification that was necessary on your account. In the second email we sent you, you were informed that your withdrawal will be immediately released as soon as we receive the documentation, and we exactly delivered on that promise.

Again lies from a caisno seeking IDs.

I sent x2 ID selfies in and another passport picture and then you requested ANOTHER Selfie with my ID.

You can't even keep track of your lies.

This is now on casino guru for other players to add to and your are now on trustpilot (thanks to me) and this behaviour is documented again.

I feel like you exaggerate here a bit. The fact that the casino requested the ID selfie from you is a very standard thing in the online gambling business. I even had to do the same + record short videos where I had to repeat words written on the screen when I registered to crypto wallets, trading brokers or e-wallets.

If you're afraid that someone will steal your identity, then you shouldn't use any of these services including online casinos since this type of verification happens pretty often.

I’m not interested in your opinion 👍

(Clearly a casino man in disguise)

In that case, since the casino has already replied to you and you you're not interested in mine and my colleagues opinion (I presume they're disguised as well according to you), I can close this thread.
