hi

lucky bull is stalling verification...

is that a new casino ? not sure about that...i clicked on the mga gambling commission link on their site and it say that they are part of the big5casino,b-bet casino,casinosieger,24bettle...,,,,,,,,i wasn't aware of that...i know this brand is sketchy firsthand....i mean anything but this brand..just a terrible reputation and now they don't want to verify my ID so i could cashout a dime..

i provided a bank statement pdf,driver license,CA health card, internet and cell phone bill pdf , debit card front back with hidden numbers, third party transaction history with all the deposits...but ist not enough they want a special bank statement with my name address date issued + iban ( when all that is already on the standard bank statement already given loll but you know i go above and beyond myself..i ask my bank for such paper and they are like what? that's too much....im like mmyeah ist too much and they probably know that ..right lol

I understand it's a real hassle, but my suggestion is - if you're not satisfied with how they treat you, provide them everything they require, collect your winnings and run away 🙂

I already give them everything they wanted...most of the documents has been sent twice because it wasn't perfectly done.

in my opinion ,stalling on that paper alone is their last resort....everything they are asking below is the on the bank statement ...i give it to them like 3 times already lolll I mean i swear to god everything is the bank statement...but they don't want to see it and keep repeating that they want this information otherwise ....blablablabla

like i said my bank dont make up bank statements with specifics like they were asking previously to protect their customers.

now they asking for less..like i said again ist already been given


btw i didn't wanted to run away with winnings...i gamble all the times , if the verification was done quickly i most likely re-deposited 1 or 2 times already..i really liked this site but now how can i ever play there again loll no way i cant ..so sad

I'm wondering, have you submitted a complaint against them on our website? It's worth it if you believe that you provided reasonable amount of documents in order to get your account verified.
