I have no more patience. They canceled my withdrawal due to a technical error "" "" of theirs. I've been waiting since 30.12. And now they're telling me again 3 days of processing!!!! The usual. There's no more patience. Because it's their fault they should have fixed it immediately if they were gentlemen. And my withdrawal should be in my account today!!!
Δεν έχω άλλη υπομονή. Μου ακύρωσαν την ανάληψη μου από τεχνικό λάθος "" "" δικό τους. Περιμένω από 30.12. Και μου λένε τώρα ξανά 3 μέρες επεξεργασίας!!!! Τα γνωστά. Άλλη υπομονή δεν υπάρχει. Επειδή είναι δικό τους λάθος έπρεπε να το έχουν διορθώσει άμεσα αν ήταν κύριοι. Και η ανάληψη μου να είναι σήμερα στον λογαριασμό μου!!!
We give casinos 14 days to resolve the situation and send the money to the player. If nothing like that happens we will try to help you if possible. Have you tried asking if there is a technical problem in general or is it for example with a certain payment method? Did they just tell you that you have to enter the withdrawal again?
Has anyone received any money these days? The guys are relentless, they always take 2.5 weeks to process my withdrawals, I wait 2-1…

I finally played the money, waited again for over 10 days and they hadn't sent anything, but here too the guru is completely incompetent. I filed a complaint 3 weeks ago since it's been 14 days since I made a withdrawal and 2 days ago they sent me a message and they say they will send the casino a message to respond within 7 days. The people here on the site are ridiculous and they still have a rating of 8.1 high. Just whatever you write here, don't expect anything, they are equally complicit in what we are going through and the casino guru.
Εγώ τελικά έπαιξα τα χρήματα περίμενα πάλι πάνω από 10ημερες και δεν είχανε στείλει τίποτα αλλά και εδώ το guru είναι εντελος ανίκανο έκανα καταγγελία πριν από 3 εβδομάδες αφού είναι πανό από 14 ημέρες που είχα κάνει ανάληψη και πρίν 2 ημέρες μου στείλανε μύνημα και λένε ότι θα στείλουνε στο καζίνο μύνημα να απαντήσει εντός 7 ημερών.Οι άνθρωποι εδώ στο site είναι για γέλια και ακόμα έχουνε βαθμολογία 8.1 υψηλό.Απλα ότι και να γράφετε εδώ μην περιμένετε κάτι είναι το ίδιο συνένοχοι για αυτό που περνάμε και το casino guru.

I truly do understand your feelings, but the casino actually pay. So, if you consider that Safety Index indicates the casino pays out without a time frame, that's important; it is not that irrational as you suggest.
I truly do not want to upset you. The point is that the casino has not stopped paying players.
