I’m trying to see what’s the problem. Everything else was verified. Besides my proof of residency I’ve uploaded four different documents trying to get them verified. This is so frustrating. All I want is my money.

Please start with information about which casino you experienced this issue at.

KYC document of the place of residence. I first sent a phone bill, it was not accepted. Then I sent a home insurance bill that is at my home address...not accepted. Also, the bank statement of the deposits I made to the casino was not accepted, but a bank statement showing all account transactions is required...starting from the purchase of milk and bread. The deposits were made with Zimbler. I think it is harassment and against the data protection law? (in the background there is a withdrawal request that was rejected due to the lack of the relevant documents)
Asuinpaikan kyc dokumentti. Lähetin ensin puhelinlaskun, sitä ei hyväksytty. Sitten lähetin kotivakuutus laskun joka on kotiosoitteeseeni...ei hyväksytty. Myöskään kasinolle tekemäni talletusten tiliotetta ei hyväksytty vaan vaaditaan tiliote jossa näkyvät kaikki tilin tapahtumat....maidon ja leivän ostosta alkaen. Talletukset tehty Zimblerillä. Mielestäni kiusantekoa ja tietosuojalain vastaista? ( taustalla nostopyyntö joka hylätty ko.documenttien puutteeseen)
I see I just wrote you back on this issue in the other thread. What casino is it in your case? I think that might be enough casino as proof of residency you provided but when they ask for specific things, it obviously has a reason. I don't think you can move on without that if you want to withdraw your money.
