Yes fully verified. They deactivate me after I requested the money THEY SAID would be ready in 24 hours at 325. I set an alarm. I really believed them but it was a stupid bot. Then their live agent deactivated my account and now I have no idea where the money is. I got a proper deposit in Apr so I don't understand why.

Did the casino send you any explanation by email, perhaps? Try to check the "spam" folder as well, sometimes it can finish there.🤷‍♀️
