I got one on the casino the extreme casino my mother was trying to withdrawal but they think its all 1 person with multiple accounts just because we live near eachother but we all own separate residents so there whole 1 per household bullshit and assuming its 1 person and deleting my moms account is completely bullshit she is here if she needs to verify her identity or whatever let me know how yall if yall can help us with this issue she hasnt won anything in a long time and was just mothers day the other day wich is really the cherry on top of the bullshit they pulled

Hi. Thank you for the post. I would suggest your mom submit a complaint here with our team. She, of course, has to do that on her own, because we cannot deal with any other person but her. I hope you can understand that, right?
