filefile

so the first pic is a win I had last night betting $30 spins

2nd pic is a win I had 9 months ago that paid me $5400 for that $10 spin

they are trying to say that the first pic represents 30cent spin to get out of just paying me I have proof of wat a 30cent spin looks like and it’s as u would expect $0.30 not 30.00 the are claiming that $22,470.00 is $224.70 I play this game a lot and have caught them trying to doctor up fake spread sheet then realise it didn’t add up and tell me it was a mistake and then change all my bets for one particular night to 0.30 on a spread sheet but having 30.00 on all my screenshots none of it makes sense and I can easily explain my winnings and wat bet totals were as I remember it vividly it was last night And it’s pretty obvious if u have a close look

May I firstly ask if this is some app or a social casino you refer to?

We don't have it in our database because we don't include those, as they are not safe, you know.

Did you ever get paid from there, if you don't mind me asking?🤔

I’ve had 1 incident before this one with a deposit I made that got caught up in a frozen bank account of there’s that I believe was legit frozen and they didn’t recieve the money but that’s an issue at there end & they should of taken responsibility for it as it was from what I know now a 3rd party’s Australian bank account that is used to facilitate the Australian market

So, could you update us about the situation now, please? Is there any news?

No they have changed all the dollar values on there website to corresponde to the values they want me to believe I was playing. I know how this looks and wish I was screen recording when this occurred because I’m not imagining anything and if that was the case that I had mistaken the value of credits they would not be drawing up fake spreadsheets and claim I was betting very differently to there so called records I

Yeah, it is really wise to take screenshots so you can use them if needed.

I believe you will know that now, right?
