I have received emails from support to say that kyc takes up to 48 hours and my withdrawal will then be processed.


Il keep you all updated if i actually receive anything but judging from this thread its highly unlikely.

I'm personally a bit confused by this casino, and I still hope the withdrawals have been just delayed, but its Safety Index has dropped a bit, which is not convincing.
