Every other casino pays out within minutes. I've been waiting for my payout since December 4th. It's no wonder they don't have a live chat. I assume they just want our personal data to commit fraud in our name. They're no longer answering emails either.
Hi, I made a withdrawal on 29.11 which gambiva.com rejected, returned my account balance. (1000e max withdrawal) 5.12 I made another withdrawal of 1000e, it was "under review". Previously the casino announced a processing time of max 36h which has now been exceeded many times. The casino does not respond to emails and I have not found a chat on the site. Kyc was approved immediately....problem with withdrawals....
I sent the KYC email yesterday but received an automated response. I haven't received confirmation of the review yet. Do you think they'll reply?

Hi Felepo80....I believe that kyc will respond to messages and accept documents. They will also respond quickly to deposit questions. The problems start when you make a withdrawal. I am starting to suspect that gambiva.com is a Fraud.
I made a withdrawal of over 1000e and the daily limit was exceeded. I corrected the withdrawal to 1000e and since then gambiva.com has not reacted. Now I have several 1000e withdrawals from last week and this week.
