I couldn't find Gambiva.com on the guru casino list. Apparently a new casino. I tested it with a small deposit ÷200% bonus. The site worked Ok. I made a withdrawal request and sent the kyc documents.

The casino has not yet responded to my withdrawal request. I sent the documents the casino requested. The Kyc document request came automatically when I clicked on the withdrawal request. We'll see how the withdrawal progresses.

Have you tried sending them an email if the chat isn't working? Maybe they still need some time to verify your documents, although I know it would be best if they provided an answer as to what stage it is at.

What makes you feel it might be a scam anyway? Are you required to pay for the withdrawal perhaps? That's the most usual trick. 🙁

Is Gambiva.com a fake casino? I won €800 on November 28th and submitted my documents the next day. I never heard anything after that. They don't respond to emails. To me, it's a fake and a scam.

Gambiva does not answer questions about withdrawal processing. I have 3 withdrawals made on 1.12 "in processing" but they are not progressing. Customer service is poor and they do not respond to emails and I have not found a chat on the site.
