I totally get it. I'd like to say that we give casinos 14 days to pay out the player, and if that doesn't happen, be sure to let us know.
Did the casino ask you for any documents or anything like that?
What we do next is, when you file a complaint, our team collects the necessary information from you, and once they have it, we contact the casino and try to find out what’s going on directly from them.
I believe, and therefore hope that it won’t come to that, that it won’t be necessary, and that you’ll receive your money by then.
This casino is nothing but a scam. Take your money quick enough but when you win they won't pay out. After winning over €2000 they kept stalling then suddenly closed my account. After some back and forth they agreed to refund the deposits but only refunded half and now ignore all emails about it
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Hello.
I saw the casino’s Safety Index, which has been gradually decreasing, and at this point I would say it is already quite low. The main reason is that the casino has not been responding to complaints submitted by players, so honestly, I am not surprised that there are issues happening.
I would not say that it is a good outcome that you received at least some money, because if you did not violate any rules, then in my opinion you should have received your winnings in full. Receiving only part of your deposit back is definitely not something I would consider a normal or fair resolution.
On the other hand, if the casino is not even communicating with mediators like us, then I have doubts about whether we would have been able to resolve the situation. In that context, I can at least say that the casino returned some money, although, as I mentioned, this is definitely not the result I would want to see if I were in your position.
I would strongly recommend not playing there again, although I assume I probably do not need to tell you that.
I also hope you do not encounter a similar situation again in the future.
One more thing I would consider: even though the casino is not responding to our complaints or player complaints, I would still recommend opening a complaint. If they do not resolve it which, based on their current behavior, seems quite likely, they would receive additional black points and their Safety Index could decrease even further. Hopefully, this could also serve as a warning sign for other players who might consider playing there.
Of course, the decision whether you want to open a complaint is entirely up to you.
