With LeoVegas I made $21,500 in deposits with my national bank credit card, and now my account balance is $40,100, yesterday I made my first withdrawal with this same credit card which has been approved, I just received an email from leovegas saying this= while processing your withdrawal, we noticed that you requested a withdrawal to a credit card which unfortunately does not accept gaming company funds .

I contacted my national bank card and they confirmed that there was no attempt on the part of leovegas to refund my credit card. what do you recommend to solve this problem?

Hi, you can forward the statement from your bank to the casino. On the other hand, they may didn't attempt to contact the bank since they already know it's gonna be an issue based on their experience with other players from Canada. For example when I worked in LeoVegas, I remember there was a certain type of Australian Mastercard and I didn't even have to try approving the withdrawal back to the card, because I knew the withdrawal will always fail, because those Mastercards didn't support withdrawals.

Anyway, if withdrawing back to your card isn't an option, the casino should come up with another option.
