It has happened to me several times now that money was debited from my account but did not appear on the player account. Despite sending proof, the money remains missing. It is not returned to my bank either, as I was told. Is this a new scam???
May I ask if this happened in the same casino? Have you used the same payment method in all cases?
The fault is not always at the casino site, actually, so try to check out with your payment provider to see if everything is okay there.
