Hi,
I think I have a solution to have the informations about the owner of this fake website.
I've did some research and the website is host in UK
You can contact the company to alert them about the fraud and get informations :
Safenames House,
Sunrise Parkway,
Linford Wood, Milton Keynes, MK14 6LS,
United
Kingdom
https://www.safenames.net/about-us/contact-us
Also they have an address in Cyprus for their financial office : you can file a complaint to the Cyprus office :

Hope it helps
Hello Tamera,
I sent this conversation to the data team. I believe that no license would be better than a fake license, but the result is sadly the same. 🙁

These are the responses you get from the Antillephone licensor when you send them a complaint
I had sent them a complaint about SuperBoss casino failing to pay several withdrawals. After I pressed a second time I got the answer to refrain from playing in their licensed casinos.
It's simply a ridiculous reply from their side just to prove how serious they’re dealing with highly important inquiries !
I could suggest you to contact the supervising entity at first under this email address smessolutions@gmail.com where you raise your matter and describe more your case. In the event the disputed amount is not negligible, you can hire an attorney that will support you through the journey and you'll definitely get offers from the casino till you decide whether to pursue it in court or just to accept the offer.
Wish you in the following best of luck with your case
I'd like to share a brief summary that I received from our Complaints team. It provides general tips about How to contact the Antillephone N.V. (Curaçao) licensing authority:
Players that wish to submit a complaint can only contact Antillephone via email here: complaints@gaminglicences.com.
We can also recommend the following article describing the process of submitting a complaint to the Antillephone N.V. (Curaçao) licensing authority: https://casino-howto.com/blog/how-to-file-a-complaint-to-curacao-antillephone/
Hello, good evening, could someone tell me where I can file a complaint with the online casino "Win at home" licensed by (License of Curaçao - Netherlands Antilles.) Since 2 months ago I won a prize and it has not been paid to me yet, thank you very much
I tried to find this casino in our list, but it's missing. May I suggest you submit a complaint here first?
Use this link, then pick up the option "I don't know the casino", make sure to describe your problem in depth, plus add a link to the casino, please.
With luck, our dedicated complaint team will help you a bit.
I will describe my situation related to the PH casino, I had an account there for many years, recently when I tried to withdraw, my withdrawal requests were rejected and I was informed that I cannot play from the territory of Poland I talked to them for the from last month and their answer has always been the same, you will not receive withdrawal because you are in Poland, there is no Poland in countries prohibited in the terms and conditions on the website and it was impossible to explain to them that I had an account on the website for 10 years and I had made many deposits before and played for real money, my funds were stuck.
This morning I wrote an e-mail describing the situation with screenshots etc. to three e-mail addresses:
certria@gaminglicences.com
compliance@emoore.com
complaints@gaminglicences.com
I didn't receive a reply from any of them, but after a few hours I received an email from UsoftGaming (phcasino) that they would agree to withdraw my entire balance and close my account, I logged in to my account and withdrew the funds I received in a few seconds to my Crypto wallet.
I don't know which email recipient out of the three mentioned helped because I sent three emails this morning at the same time, but it is 100% certain that only thanks to this Usoftgaming agreed to withdraw my funds, because they haven't responded to my emails for 2 weeks, and today they send me e-mail and agreed to witdhraw after I wrote complaints to the three addresses mentioned above.
That's awesome news! And in my opinion the casino should have done that automatically sparring you this hassle!
Thank you for sharing your experiences, its good to know that despite the unnecessary period of waiting, you will get what's yours.
Hello everyone, I'm new here. I am wondering if anyone has had experience with bet365-eu.com. I won €17,500 at the bookmaker and they simply blocked and suspended my account, asking me to pay them €700 so that they would unblock my account and then I could withdraw the money. I told them to deduct from the won amount and to withdraw the rest of the money, but nothing, they didn't want to hear about it. I then asked them to unblock my account so I could continue playing, but they don't want that either. If there was anyone who could help me withdraw the money, maybe 50:50%. If there is, please contact me on e-mail: sakid1974@gmail.com to agree on the details. Lp
Did anyone have any luck getting in contact with Curacao Antillephone N.V. Authority? I am having trouble with Powerup casino after winning 48200$ they voided my winnings and blocked my account. They stated it was third party funded because my mom e transferred me my own money owed to me. I used my debit card to deposit the funds and have a steady income. I understand casino Guru attempted to resolve this and was told to contact the authority but have not received any response from any of the emails I sent so far.
Oh I'm sorry, I've seen your complaint and I know that this licensing authority is slower in writing back if you get any response at all. I guess there's nothing more to do than wait, but I can't give you a timeframe though. When was the last time you wrote to them ?
Please try to use the "reply" button so your post will get to the person you wrote it to.
Same. Definitely if you get one let me know what they told you, but I wouldn't be surprised if you didn't get one, because sometimes that has happened to players too. However I do not want to be skeptical.
Well, I believe it will be different in your case.
Fingers crossed. 🤞☘️
Hey Jaro,
I received a response from the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, however it does not seem to be that useful. please see attached.
"Unfortunately, the Curaçao Gaming Control Board (GCB) is currently not able to handle your request.
The government of Curaçao is actively in the process of modernizing our gambling legislation and setting up our online gaming policies and procedures. We expect to be of more help as soon as the new legislation enters into force, which we expect to be the case in the second half of 2024.
We kindly point out in advance that the GCB will not investigate all complaints. For example, the GCB does not have the authority to adjudicate disputes between the complainant and the accused party and to settle claims or award damages. Only if a complaint indicates a violation of the applicable regulations,
the supervisory task of the GCB entails that this will be investigated further.
For the time being, we kindly suggest, that at all times you seek legal advice for any claims you may have vis-à-vis the license holder or other party or parties. We refer to the following page that contains a list of law firms established in Curacao that may be able to assist you: http://www.dutchcaribbeanlegalportal.com/legal-contacts/law-firms?sid=102:Law-Firms-Curacao.".
thanks again.
Ryan
Well, it's a pretty general answer from an authority and I probably wouldn't learn much from it in context of your situation.
However, if I'm reading this correctly, your case should be investigated further ? I also see that they've attached a page about lawyers, and do you think you're going to look at that and use it if nothing happens for a while ? I suppose that would be the last option.
Hey Jaro,
It is a general answer for sure. I definitely believe my case should be investigated further as I believe the casino did not act correctly. I had found other similar cases to mine where the casinos would ask for the following to resolve issues such as this.
Which states that if a customer claims there funds came from a "gift" which would be most similar to my case (money given to me for my wedding) that they would just need to provide the casino with.
Documented proof of funds transfer
A personal statement explaining the details and circumstances of how the gift was presented
A signed declaration by the donor explaining what the gift is and its purpose
Documents proving the source of funds of the individual who made the gift
I would be more then happy to do all the above if the casino would just talk to me and give me a chance to do it but that does not seem to be the case as they don’t want to participate in any resolution process with me.
