Chips.gg withdrawal lock

I have only heard of cases where the withdrawal was delayed for a few days to verify the transaction due to problems with the bank.

Hello, could you also describe here more specifically what happened and why the casino locks withdrawals ? I think it could be useful at least for players who would go through this thread.

Chips.gg have a new guy called tacyarg he’s a well known scammer in the industry. My friend was scammed and his money locked with 30k usd and when he made a complaint he was blocked and ignored. Shame on guru for giving chips.gg a high score

Thanks for the warning. Could you please paste in some screenshots, or rather, explain what this guy is capable of? Is this sort of direct employee, perhaps?

You know, in my opinion, it would be far better to send your friend here to submit a complaint through our Resolution Center, which has been established to help players in pretty similar situations.

I'm not sure whether you even understand what this "high score" means, but since I have never heard about your or your friend's issue before, obviously it's pretty new to us, so technically there was no chance to cover that before.

How about focusing on finding a solution first? Kindly ask your friend to create an account here on the CG, let him or her browse a guide called "How We Resolve Casino Complaints and Why" 👈 and I'm sure there will be something we can conclude together.
