Caxino Malfunction not paid

Hey guys, after fighting with the casino (Caxino) for over 36 hours after a malfunction with their European roulette (which failed to pay me (€720) because of a malfunction, they have said they’re not obliged to pay in the case of a malfunction but awarded me 50 euros compensation! Is there any hope of ever seeing the winnings?

Most casinos put it in there terms and conditions that they are not liable for any loses from a win due to a game malfunction.

So I think you won’t see your winnings in my opinion.

I don't think you'll ever see the money if you didn't record the actual gameplay. Do you have the recording by any chance? What do you see in your gaming history? I'm wondering if the bet was placed (and recorded into the history) or not.

Yeah, I recorded the results and have provided this to them. They replied by saying they cannot find any missing winnings even though it’s evident the number played and was the only number being played.

Have you any advice? Has this ever happened before?

Yes, I remember it happened to another player with Evolution games. It usually happens when the internet connection isn't stable...the question is if you really have the spin recorded in your casino gaming history. If it's recorded in the history and it's recorded as a loss and you have a proof that you bet on a number that actually won, then you should get the winnings.

Because then if you bet a lot on a number and the ball lands to your number, the casino could always void the winnings and say - it was a technical error, sorry and we're not responsible for these errors and we're not responsible for our provider.
