Guys, this sounds SOOO petty. I hope to maybe put this out for some kind of correction, in the bigger picture of things - for future potential mishaps like this.
When a casino sends out emails asking for their customers to do a survey to "HELP" them make a better casino, and you do so - and they then tell you nope, sorry, you aren't "on the list" for that small token of thanks that they promised - when you KNOW you submitted that survey.. they are asking for screen shots for proof and such - this is ridiculous! Has anyone else had this issue? Mine is specifically with POINTSBET, and man - I gotta say, this really deteriorated my faith and trust in this place - to the point of never going back, even if it wasn't an actual gaming session.. It's not about the free spins at this point. It's moreso the way they handled all of that - is it ok for a casino to "GASLIGHT" a customer like this? Basically tell me I did not do this survey - I did do it, for god sakes - For lack of a better word, that's exactly what they did! And if someone can maybe shed some light on how they go about collecting that info from these surveys, etc... I am really disgusted with how much effort they put into NOT giving me the prize I very well shouldn't even have to ask about... it seems this casino is shady shady shady. I also don't appreciate being called a liar either... this has been a very telling experience about POINTSBET... anyone else have a story like this to share?
