Hi all,


Just want to do a little heads up at an '8 rated' casino here. The cashwin group.


Despite completing the automated KYC and being 'verified' after 4 days of a withdrawal pending it was cancelled and I was told to provide a selfie with a hand written not on lined paper saying 'hello cashwin, with the date'. Very excessive and needless given the fact they had an automated system.


Wondering if anyone else had these rididculous requested. It's 2024 for goodness sake.

You mean being verified by the third party they pay for isn't enough? Despite the account saying 'verified'....

So we always recommend cooperation with the casino, because in the end they are responsible for the withdrawal, and the sooner one gets verified sooner the associated withdrawal should be carried out.
