They've left me waiting for over 2 months now. I want to withdrawal but I'm stuck waiting. They don't respond to emails, they're phone doesn't work Nd they don't have live chat.

That sounds pretty bad. It would be best to submit a complaint, I can see that the casino has been quite responsive lately. We will ask what is the issue, and maybe we will help eventually.

Some of our complaint team representatives will take care of you. Complaint is simply the best way to approach it, as it gives room for comparing evidence and possible debate with the casino. Complaint is not a bad thing and it is good to be used.

That picture says it all........ I've emailed them several times now with the documents. I've emailed them follow up as to whether or not they got the documents. All I get from them is promotional emails asking me to deposit. I wouldn't suggest anyone deposit with them... I'm glad my balance is from nd fs. At least I didn't lose any of my own money. And who knows maybe this complaint will get them to process my documents and the withdrawl.

Yes, I see but verification can last sometimes longer than you expect. How long have you been actually waiting? I guess it is much more than 72 hrs, right? I can't fully read your complaint yet since it is still waiting for review from our complaint team representative. I recommend you to send all these screenshots and communication via the complaint thread later. Just be patient now, they will contact you soon.

I guess that the casino had more than enough time, the complaint team will now look into it. As far as I can tell they are quite overwhelmed at the moment, but they're working on it.

I don't expect much from Captain Jack. They can claim its been longer than 30 days since receiving the bonus or claim the documents are blurry or something else. Ever since finding this site I've cashed 98 in btc at Limitless, and 100 USD from Juicy Vegas on free spin promos. I agree, but as far as I learned something already it is about people and their approach, in the end. Not saying that players should need outside help for the verification, I honestly hope we will find out what stopped the casino from completing the KYC and make the people and the casino staff aware of the irregularities.
