Bitsler Casino - should I submit a complaint here as well ?

I tried mediation on another site ( I am sure you can guess which one, not sure if its against the rules to name it so I wont)

Bitsler never provided justified proof for withholding my funds (according to the mediator), despite having over a month to do so, and eventually stopped responding to the complaint and it closed as unresolved.

They made a false accusation against me to try to justify withholding $13,341.

Just wondering if its worth the time to submit a complaint here or just proceed legally against their management company and licensor. Thoughts ?

Hello.

No problem, just name them 🙂. Though I'm sorry to hear the case ended like that...

I'm now assuming how likely the casino is to change its approach toward another complaint. On the other hand, we would appreciate the chance to address the situation too. At least to consider the casino's rating.

With that being said, I ask you to submit the complaint now, if you are interested - of course.

Additionally, asking its sub-license provider may also be a way... Though it's Curacao.

Thoughts? 😀

Hi Radka, thanks for your reply.

If you would like to consider their rating I will provide the link where your team can read about the dispute and their failure to act, or provide any justifiable proof. They have been holding my entire balance, including thousands of dollars completely unrelated to the matter, this is how I know they have no intention of paying. They have been holding it for 38 days. I believe my only remedy at this point is to pursue it legally in Curacao.

Hi there.

Sadly, that won't work. We prefer to investigate in our own way, thus you need to submit the complaint through the Casino Guru Resolution Center. Here is the link:

https://casino.guru/complaints/create

Maybe you could also use a few hints regarding the process and what to expect along the way, here you go 🙂:

Despite that, thank you for considering this approach and also for sharing here on the forum!

EDIT: I checked the mentioned complaint again, and it consists of sports betting":

"The account, being new, is under investigation because, of bets placed on a match, reported to FIBA as a ''fixed game'' and for that reason, we have doubts about the legitimacy of the bet placed/the outcome of the game , and are currently investigating the issue."

I must warn you that Casino Guru does not engage in complaints related to this subject. We lack the experiences because we focus explicitly on casino games. 🙁

So, according to these circumstances - frankly, this is out of our grasp!

Hi again Radka,

I do not intend to open a complaint here considering Bitsler's actions in the other dispute.

But I wanted to clarify: That 1 single sportsbet is only part of my balance. They are holding several thousand dollars unrelated that were played and won in the casino. To give you an idea, I wagered $300,000 in the casino and $700 in the sportsbook.

Also, I am not a new player really, I closed my account at bitsler in 2021 due to being unhappy with VIP treatment, I contacted them in July 2023 to reopen that account. I emailed from my original email and included my original user name, they advised me it would be better to open a new account. So, they are ignoring my very long history where I wagered over 10 million USD with them, and want to try to portray me as some new person on their site.

I have received a reply from their management company in Curacao, who said they will discuss with the operator and try to find a resolution. If I don't receive a resolution from them, I will proceed with the lawsuit against their management company and the master license holder (Antillephone)

I hope it doesn't come to that but, I am preparing for it.

Hi there!

Ok, I was just trying to help. Now I'm glad to see you are already in touch with Curacao Antillephone!

We always try to cover all evaluated feedback on each casino, the easiest way for that remains to our own complaints. Honestly, in this case, I'd love to know what comes next, and how Antillephone will respond so, may I ask you to keep us updated?

Of course, I also hope you'll manage to resolve this situation without addressing the court!🤞🤞🤞
