Bitkingz only pays out 25,000.00 in profit when gameflow is confirmed by the slot provider

I have never had.

It takes a few days until Bitkingz can make me the first week payout 7500.00. They "routinely" go to the provider (probably Pragmatic play) to have my game checked, where I won 25,000.00 on March 1st

Question in general: is this customary? And if so, how long does that take?

You won a big amount of money and the casino wants to be sure that everything was legit, I'd say.

I'd take it as an additional part of KYC at this point.

Daniel answered a similar question recently here on the forum.
