I deposited 100 euros through paysafe, they have been deducted but not credited.
They tell me that the transaction has not been accepted. I sent the payment document but they never replied.
Can it be solved?

Did you ask your bank about this matter? The card provider should confirm the current state of this transaction, hence I would start there.
