Please help me.

I paid €150 at Betmaster.bet and received another €150 bonus, the bonus was used and the funds were transferred to the main account. I reached €560 and wanted to pay, but the payment is via a Paysafe account, so they can't pay to that account, that's what they said... Make a new payment via Skrill and they will transfer it so I can go there, I waited a few days and sent all possible information about myself and then they suddenly closed my account for no specific reason. I didn't do anything wrong, not did I play the same pairs as here in other bookmakers.

Hi Matej, I'm sorry to hear about the negative experience you had there. What I consider really suspicious is the fact that they made you to make another deposit and then they closed the account. I don't really like that approach. If they had any suspicion, they shouldn't ask you to make another deposit.

It's about stealing my hard earned money, I didn't do anything wrong, cheat or try to cheat. Sad.

Let's see if the casino comes up with an answer as to why this happened. I hope so and everything will be resolved fairly. In the meantime, we will wait to see if you have any new information, alternatively, to develop the complaint. Fingers crossed. 🤞☘️
