My husband played on the turn bet and has two withdrawals and they don't pay, it's just in processing when he entered the chat he waited 6 hours and out of nowhere it goes and it doesn't seem like the chat anymore.

Of course, at least a small satisfaction would be that the casino would get black points if they fail to resolve the situation and therefore the safety index would be lowered.
