I tried to withdraw €280 for the first time

after 2 days the email arrived saying withdrawal canceled and the money was credited back, I tried again on May 31st, on the history it appears paid but they didn't arrive, I send an email, they reply that the withdrawals on the 31st were cancelled. What can I do ?
