Azure casino doesn't pay ...I've won over $10,000 multiple times and they keep coming back with bullshit that they don't deal with the bank your using to put the money back in into your account....I've changed to 4 different banks and the same problem funny thing is they take the money from your bank but not give it back so Australian players stay away from AZURE CASINO and it's known as TRUE BLUE CASINO keep away from it.......

Have you tried to submit a complaint on our website? Maybe we could try to talk to them. If the declined 4 different banks, maybe it would help to chose a completely different payment method.

If they take from your bank it means they are dealing with your bank so withdrawals into your account should not be a problem. Speak to them on live chat or email and post the excuse they are giving you by screenshot on here. That way we will know why. That’s a lot of dough you are owed!

When I chose an online casino to play in many forums, I saw that this casino should be avoided. I’m reading all the comments about Azure casino and last withdrawal I received from them was on the 27/07/2021. I have always received my withdrawal up until recently and my brother in law actually won $67000 in may and received $40000 out of his funds. I do believe the casino has had a delay in withdrawals as I had a $2000 withdrawal still pending from the 13/08/2021 and don’t get me wrong I abused them. But have just checked my account and the withdrawal is no longer pending and has been approved . I do recommend playing this casino .

I’m undergoing the withdrawal process right now and I believe their terms and conditions state the request will be reviewed 3 to 5 days after the request is made. All ineligible requests will be denied in that time frame. The eligible requests will be approved for processing from 7-10 business days from the date of the request and payment will be made 7-10 business days after date of approval. Just keep on their tail and continue to harass live chat.

Wtf you don't have a single complaint against them but all the bad reviews people are posting on here which I'm assuming that's you Daniel social media community lead 4monthscagi you edited wanciciala's post reason forbidden link then you say there Black listed on poggs and then say honestly we haven't had a complaint about Azure wtf are you on about it wtf are they paying you to promote because you say to Jason Troy maybe if you make a complaint on our website we might be able to mediate talk to them for you F off you a rorter too and please do correct me if I'm wrong which I know I'm not azure hand true blue are scammers ripping off decent Aussies because you know why we are the biggest gamblers in the country hence why these casinos lure us our Australian Government banned all gambling online you know why because they weren't getting a slice off the pie because the online casinos were great back 5gen they paid well you win more than often and never were there discrepancies when it came to withdrawals fast and efficient but our Australian Government aliminated and banned all Australia playing online casinos the good casinos did the right thing banned us Aussies and left the door open for the scammers and the casinos to lure us in and we excepted even when the mucked us around and did us in for our big wins but we still kept playing but you need to report to your gaming Ombudsman in Australia or go to current affair channel 9

You can see all the complaints submitted against the casino here and there has been just one unresolved so far. So feel free to submit one or write a user review too. We are hard to blame that the gambling industry is out of control in Australia.

Anyway, thank you for your kind warning, hope it will help the others.

Hi last year around October time I was playing cash Bandit 3 and I finally got the jackpot on the safe opening I received 200 free spins and made $130,000 I've been got a touch support they told me I was only able to I will only allowed to withdraw $2,500 per fortnight I been asked if they were able to give me lump sum they said no in the end I had 54 withdrawal request pending I then tried to resolve the issue after about 3 months I sent them numerous emails regarding this money they wouldn't budge at this stage I had received $27,500 and the payments for getting lower by then blocked my account they said to me that I was abusive that's why they Rocks by account I sent them more emails no no luck they still owe me $33,500 which I'll never say I went to I spoke to gaming and liquor and cos they're not Australian can't do anything load bulshit

Hi, could you please submit a complaint regarding this case? The casino can't take 33 000 just because they claim you're abusive. It concerns me especially because the casino has a very decent rating on our website so I believe it's worth it to take a closer look at this case.
