After weeks, many chats and many e-mails sent to their support, they won't close my account.


The only response I get from the support email is, ''Why would you like to close?''


After reply, they never got back or closed my account.


Please help, what can I do?

Hi, have you saved the conversation with them? This is a very serious statement.

Anyway, the casino has the worst possible rating that they can get from us, so I'm not really surprised. I'm actually wondering why you chose to play there?

i remember when i had won money there (idk why i even played there probably testing something) and they didn't want to respond me on chat when i ask them to withdrawal

Or any else ..just ignore ppl

and then after 3 weeks and struggle and after open complain they paid me …

idk how they are legal and working still..

You can probably repeat what you already did. Ask them to close your account and if they refuse again, save the conversation and post it here please.

Finally after threatening in the chat that I will post the chat conversation in forums and Facebook groups, they have blocked my account.


The conversation with them is not in english. So I won't post it.


PS: BE AWARE with this casino.
